Ken's musical vision
In the real world I play E.S.P. guitars and Ibanez basses. I also have M-Audio's
Trigger Finger (who knows how to program this??? What, no step-by-step
manual?), a Behringer condenser microphone, a GNX4 multi-effects foot
pedal,
and some 32 track digital recording software that I have yet to figure out.
I am at the stage where I almost have all the gear I'll need and I'm ready
to begin recording music to go with the songs I've written. When that is
done I would like to use www.snocap.com to create a music store and sell
my own mp3's right off this page and my myspace page. Don't hold your breathe
waiting though... turtle speed, turtle speed.
In the virtual world I have created an entire line
of guitars based solely upon the ancient Egyptian
Tree of Life, also known as the Kabbalah. I call these
guitars The TRUTH Line of Signature Guitars. For a long time I was
"photoshopping" the images but I have since created a 3D model in Cararra
3.0 that enables me to fully render anything my imagination comes up with.
To go with my virtual guitars I have created the MAAT Amplifier system. MAAT
could very well be the world's first pyramidal shaped amp line. If you're
an amp company send me a line and let's talk marketing and promotion and
profit. MAAT is ready to explode.
Mixing real and virtual, I have created two inventions for the TRUTH Line,
The HORUS Customizable Headstock System TM, and
The Heavy Vibes Vibrator for Guitars TM. These inventions are FREE by the
way. ANY guitar manufacturer can use them as long I get some credit.
When I conceived of The Coffee Cup Project my goal was to write a book, write
a screenplay, and record a CD. I have finished the book, I'm writing the
screenplay now, and should my medical delays clear up then my CD is waiting
for me along some exotic timeline in the future in which I am an Internet
superstar playing TRUTH through MAAT and loving it!
Wu Li's Traveling Show © 2005 by Ken Webber
And the spirit said:
I am a bird with a broken wing
I am a singer, with no voice to sing
I travel round, sunup to sundown
Until somebody sets me free
See me in heaven, see me in hell
See me someplace, beyond the veil
Got no time for complaining I travel on
Until somebody sets me free
sitting ghost, what ya sitting on
tinkle keys from a world that's moved on
We travel round, here and there
No one belong's when they're everywhere
booking time, now I'll play my gig
sold the show so you dance the jig
Roll my bones from the mojo bag
I used to be here I used to be me
Call me Darrell, Call me Ray
Call me Jimi with the little wing
uh sit right back and let me play
Got to keep movin, oh Wu Li King
until somebody, somebody, sets me free
Got the house jumpin' let the people have their
dream
I am a bird with a broken wing
I am a singer, with no voice to sing
I travel round, sunup to sundown
Until somebody sets me free
Background Info on the song
I saw Ray in heaven and heard Dimebag by his side.
And the first line came from Ray and I answered in blues based call
and response. Dimebag took the first solo and ripped man. Keys
in the background holding down the beat. Then it went back around and
Jimi Hendrix sang a bit. A hint
of Martin Luther at the end (on dream). The ending is a southern church
choir.

"The music business is a cruel and shallow money
trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good
men die like dogs. There's also a negative side." --- Hunter S.
