The Pyramid Effect - "unbottled" and burning

I introduce to you my latest project. Keep reading, I'll explain the title along the way. And if you are an investor in art then it is absolutely imperitive that you pay close attention as opportunity awaits you. This unique project is being created in this manner because (1) I work at a snail's pace and (2) Oil paintings take a long time to dry. Here is an isometric view of the world looking down on it.

This project has many steps. As I complete a step I will update the world. I will start with sketches then replace those with finished oils. As you can see, this world is an art gallery of sorts that also doubles as a studio. What you see above is only one room.

For each large sized oil painting I also want to complete a finished work of music.

The gallery holds space for 22 oil paintings at 24 inches by 42.667 inches in size (16:9 ratio) and 11 small circular works. 33 paintings in all. The art gallery has been created in real world scale. At this current point in time, paintings such as these are regularly gobbled up by collector's and investors in the $2800.00 to $4,300.00 range.

In his novel, Duma Key, author Stephen King described someone such as myself as an artist who is "unbottling." It is like shaking up a bottle of soda for many years only to suddenly explode in a shower of creativity. For reasons relating to being touched by death and long term absence from the art world (the pyramiding effect), I am now becoming unbottled and burn from within with a fire of creativity and insight.

Since the world is fully digital, I can place cameras inside to capture the hidden mysteries within and visitors will be able to note the progress from simple sketch to finished work of art. Take notice of the "wall" below. That my friends is truly, a wall of SOUND. You are looking at an entire wall built from the pyramid shaped amplifier system I call... MAAT! That's ancient Egyptian for "truth and justice." As far as I am able to determine - this pyramidal amplifier, first created in 2001, is the world's first pyramidal stacking amplifier system!

This gallery/studio will provide me with a starting point for music videos or videocasts. The more you watch, the more you learn as I reveal hidden mysteries a tiny piece at a time. "PYRAMIDING" is a finance term. It means to stack one financial instrument upon another to substantially raise the profit level. I use the term in its artistic sense, meaning to stack one skill upon another for greater and greater effect. An artist is cool, but how much greater is that artist if they are also a well rounded musician! And cooler still if they have climbed all the requisite steps to higher knowledge? Occult knowledge? The sciences? The more levels one piles on, the more time is wasted in a person's life. Some artists like Leonardo DaVinci succeed in pyramiding their talents. Others fall into a trap, that of "Jack of all trades, Master of none!"

If you're wondering where all this is leading, we are almost around the block. I would like to introduce you to KICKSTARTER. www.kickstarter.com, which was founded around 2009.

For many years I had the ideas presented on this page but with no way to see them through. This week I discovered the above website which deals in crowdfunding. I highly suggest you click the banner above and investigate their site. After looking through several kickstarter pages I came to the conclusion that while many artists and musicians were offering higher level tiered products, hardly any were offering anything of VALUE. Most of the things offered seemed to be posted as a joke just to see if there were any foolish takers. I myself find this trend disturbing and fraudulent. I have an opposite belief. I believe that if you offer a higher tiered product you should BACK IT UP WITH SOMETHING OF VALUE!!! Give dedicated customers their money's worth. Give them something that will appreciate in value, an INVESTMENT, a golden opportunity!

There is the risky venture of stocks, options, and dabbling in the futures market, gold, silver, and precious metals. All of which are well and good IF you have the knowledge of when to buy, how long to hold, and when to sell. Then there is art. And within art, it is clearly known that oil paintings are where the money and talent are. The only drawback is the long wait time for completed oils to finish drying.

So I put my idea together with the concept of Kickstart and the "long-tail" of the internet and realized that I can build a following right here and right now by applying my 3D modeling and animation skills. I can begin building a list of interested buyers and investors today who want dibs on my original works of art. This gallery, The Pyramid Effect, is like a garden. Today I plant seeds for in the future I harvest. The winner is the one who sees and acts, who reserves that which captivates their eye... or is burning a hole in their wallets.

And the details. This art gallery has been created with detail in mind so I can zoom in on what's important. The words are literally "written on the walls" for all who have eyes to see and ears to hear. MAAT!

Each work of art will be painted on primed and gessoed MDF fiberboard panels and will ship framed ONLY when it is fully dried and ready to ship.

Along the way I will post progress notes, photos, videos, etc. Then when the time is right, I will launch The Pyramid Effect Gallery as a project on Kickstarter and I intend to PYRAMID the launch by combining ART, MUSIC, SCREENWRITING, FINANCE, and all things OCCULT in order to stamp out fear and enlighten. It is my intent to make as big a splash as possible.

Finally, (take note budding artists and musicians) I can rent out the "place" in the future for showings by other artists who want to promote their work in The Pyramid Effect Gallery.
