INTRO to Burundanga Becomes You

Let's start with an official logline. A "logline" in Hollywood-speak is a quick synopsis of the movie in 25 words or less.

The next thing you should know is just what burundanga is and I will tell you the truth, it is a very bad thing that unfortunately is very, very, real. It is a drug that prevents the formation of short and long term memories while it is in your system. It does not knock you out but while it is in your system you are extremely vulnerable to suggestion, especially hypnotic suggestion. This drug is used by street criminals and criminals like the CIA and NSA. It is tasteless, odorless, can be in the form of a powder or already mixed in with other substances. It is created from the borrachio tree in South America (a scopolomine derivitive), which grows wild and in abundance. Its one major drawback is that it is extremely easy to kill someone through overdosing. So it takes a skilled hand to use the drug.

The screenplay that I am developing is going to be posted in finished sections such as Act I, Act II, Act III and dated so that should the artistic ideas of my work pop up in a mainstream movie I will have an entire community of Internet readers to vouch that my material has been STOLEN. Yes, I am maintaining copyrights to this story which officially began in 2006.

While maintaining copyrights I intend to post the work online until such time that it is finished. Then I will pull it from the net, the free access will be over, and I will turn it into an MP3 audio story download and sell it on disc. The final phase of development is still being thought over but I would like to see this turned into a full length movi,e only done in the style that Blender Foundation's Big Buck Bunny was completed. Open-source movie! If I am able to organize that phase (or find a suitable company and funding) then this movie will spread like wildfire because it will draw from the Internet's best talents.
